About PRESENT CONTINUOUS tense

The present continuous tense is formed with the subject plus the present particle form (-ing) of the main verb and the present continuous tense of the verb to be: am, is, are . This tense is a grammatical tense that can be used to describe when an action happened, or may happen. You can use it to describe both events that are happening in the present – right now, while you are talking about something.

The form is: Subject + Be + Verb with ING.

Positive/affirmative sentences - e. g.

She is working at the moment.
I am playing football now.

Negative forms of present continuous are used to talk about things that are NOT happening at the time of speaking. To create a negative sentence with the present continuous, add not after the auxiliary to be or shorter way of negative form of not to be is: isn't, aren't, I'm not .

The form is: Subject + Be + Not + Verb with ING.

Negative sentences - e. g.

He is not working very hard.
You are not driving fast enough.

Present continuous questions are created by moving the verb BE to the beginning of the sentence. It's simple and easy here are the rules:
